Cheap, clean and fairly close to some shops, restaurants and transportation. Staff is nice. The rooms are small, but great if just plan to sleep in them. The only thing we didn't like was that our room didn't have a toilet. The common toilet down the corridor was clean and smelled nice.

Helpful people. Decent room for the price. The rooms can be small if you have a baby but it was quite like my village home. We had a wonderful night. Dont miss the breakfast !

We are in Hamburg every year for a conference at the Arche Gemeinde, and have always enjoyed staying at the Arcade Hostel. We were in the new section, very comfortable and quiet, with friendly, welcoming service.

Excellent facilities! The room was very clean and had a sink and shower inside. There was a communal toilet just down the hall and that was also very clean. The location was a bit back from the road so noise wasn't a problem at all. There was an excellent restaurant just a few minutes away and a bus stop right near the hostel. Definitely leaning towards hotel status. 10/10. Would stay again.
