Конечно это никакой не мини-отель, а просто двухкомнатная квартира, где кухню переделали в комнату и сдают это г... за бешеные деньги на сутки. А люди берут, потому что некуда деваться. Близко до центра

We did not book this hotel, apparently we booked another hotel that is registered under the same address (but we had no idea they were two separate hotels). My Google app showed this hotel as the one that I booked. We arrive at the location, try calling the number on the website and in response I get very rude answers that I'm calling the wrong hotel and hang up on me. Imagine how I feel when according to all information that I have on hand, this is the hotel that I booked and this is the hotel that already took my money off the credit card. If this is a common issue, perhaps this hotel should know the phone number of the other hotel to direct the customers! Terrible customer service! Haven't even stayed at this hotel, but based on the interactions I had so far, I don't even want to stay at their hotel.
