why were we charged by you as well after being charged by shaka tours re a hotel booking. we only found out you had also charged us when we got home to Australia and found the charges on our bank statement. never use either shaka tours or avis again its called fraud.

So enthusiastic for 7am we really appreciated Dennis who we checked in with. He is such an amazing representative and an asset to Avis. So helpful with everything and information for the hire service. This made our car hire memorable and therefore we will be returning customers. Recommend this location to anyone. Thanks

The best service staff I have ever experienced, nothing was a problem even during busy times. these guys smiled under pressure and gave amazing service. We rented a Jeep Wrangler and a Lincoln MKS both of which were great cars. I highly recommend this Avis Sheraton Waikiki when renting a car for great service and vehicles.

I couldn't be happier with the level of service we received at the Sheraton Waikiki. The Jeep we rented was awesome. Perfect for our trips to the North Shore. The three Representatives at the Sheraton Waikiki showed professionalism that Avis should be very proud to have. Mahalo
