This was my first time having Cryotherapy and it was the bomb!! At first the thought if standing in a freezing tank was a little nervous, but after my first time and my achy knees feeling better i ciyld not wait for my next time. Paul is great and i will be back again!!

Cryo is the wave of the future for healing the body. My sprained ankle shield in half the time it usually takes to walk around without crutches or limping. It also takes the swelling down in other areas of my body. The inflammation I have lived within the past with my back injury has haunted me for years. I lived with the pain even with chiropracting I would get some relief but now with chillfit I have been able to get complete relief and go for days without any pain. I can't believe the results I get. I love this place. And Paul the owner is a wonderful human that takes his time explaining the modalities they offer. Everyone who works there is always kind caring and considerate. And they are always there to cheer you on even though you're freezing your butt off LOL
