Baja Body Athletic Club is a fantastic boutique-style locally owned gym that treats members like family. I am greeted with a smile by the staff and the members every time I work out. The sand studio gives you all the benefits of a beach sand workout without the crowds. It's also one of the few places in North County San Diego that offers aerial yoga! Plus they have regular cardio and weight equipment too as well as traditional group fitness classes. Love this place!!

Every time I walk into Baja Body I feel welcome and excited to workout! It has a fantastically fun vibe. There is always something fun and exciting going on. It is great to be surrounded by great people, trainers and an amazing owner who rocks.

I'm so happy to have found this amazing gym. Super clean, unique classes, modern equipment and fun people. The aerial yoga has changed my life. I've always had back problems but since I've been doing the yoga completely pain-free. I love coming here to workout in a relaxed friendly atmosphere!!

Best gym ever! Small and a great local place to work out. Feels so homey, warm, and welcoming! The owner is a hoot and i just adore her! Ariel yoga classes are also amazing. The teachers really make sure everyone in the class gets what's going on which is nice. But at the same time, not at a boring pace for those who've been in the class before. Lots of equipment.. Very clean.

This is an awesome facility! I love the group exercise classes here. The instructors are always encouraging and changing up the workouts so that nothing gets old.
