Called the night before to set up a 3:30am pickup to the airport and they were over 15 minutes late coming to get me, only coming after I called to check on where they were at. Reliability is key for airport pickups!

Edit: the driver only charged me $5 for a $15 ride because of his lateness so I bumped my rating up a star.

More than 20 minutes late for a 4:30 am pickup to the airport. Ended up cancelling and almost missing my flight.

ZERO STARS !!! I pre-booked a cab ride to the local airport for a 4:15 am pick up. I received an email confirmation that a cab would be at my residence as requested. The morning of my flight the cab NEVER SHOWED. I called the number on the website and got an answering machine. I ended up using another company (what else are you to do at 4 am when you need to be at the airport).
