We dropped in our cat Muffin on a Sunday morning, who was bitten by a paralysis tick and was on her way to cat heaven,,,,slow breathing and completely paralysed. Thanks to the quick action from Nicky and her great nurses and the after care for a couple of days from Dr. Ian Kin made a full recovery for our little soulmate Muffin. She is all good now and the whole family is happy. Thank you so much guys, you are the best!!!

Today we said goodbye to our beautiful girl who has been a part of our lives for 15 years. The care and support given to us by Drs Elsa, Nicky, Alex and the nursing staff was amazing. Thank you for your support and care. Brian, Carlene and Rusty.

Words can not do justice to how I feel about the loving service that we received today, the moment that you walk in the door, you can feel the warmth and love that these wonderful people emanate. We did not have an appointment (as our angel had an accident with a stick) but they still attended to our needs with no hesitation. The report that we received upon pick up was so lovingly written, my wife & I can not thank you enough for all that you did for our Cheyse.
