Worst insurance company to deal with. Spoke to a rude customer service representative who hung up on me. We had an argument about replacing a faulty key (Guild claims they don't replace faulty keys) when it clearly states in my policy that BOTH faulty keys AND lost keys are covered by the policy. Typical large corporation that is only in it for the money and doesn't care about individuals. Don't waste your money like I did!!!
