Wanted to resolve frequent additional charges, but the property manager and her boss decided to bully us rather than discuss. Very immature and disappointing service. Would never recommend. If buying a unit and you find the OC is Rechter Theobald, run the other way...

Terrible body corp manager. Uninterested in the building or improving it. It was a lot of work to change manage but well worth it in the end.

Like some of the other reviews I wish I could give 0 stars. This business is antiquated not having things like their own email domain name which is very unprofessional in 2016. Their invoice do not have invoice numbers which are required by computerised accounting systems. The staff are not very knowledgeable and rude on top of that.

I have been in the Real Estate industry for 20 years and have finally come across an owner corporation company that actually was responsive and extremely helpful. My dealings with Nicole were both professional and the follow up was surprising. I would have no hesitations in recommending Rechter Theobald to any of my owners. Thanks again Nicole!

If I could give this strata a 0 star rating, this would be too kind. The manager is the rudest and roughest individual I have ever come across. I did not feel comfortable ever contacting them and having to speak with him. Rechter Theobald do not know how to manage an effective business, in addition they engage non-local "mates" to complete dodgy tradework that is expensive and highly questionable. Their accounts look sloppy and the AGM paperwork is presented in such a way which makes it very difficult to understand any of it. They don't offer to run meetings at times to suit the owners therefore no one attends but them so they set their own rules at the meetings. We had to kick them off too. They are unprofessional, very difficult to deal with, and if ever there was a union to protect owners against body corporates, I would have reported them long ago.
