I am sorry but I feel that I want to express my concern with this clinic. Firstly, tour receptionist is very rude and not very helpful. I do understand that sometime if most all the time clinics can be busy and full of appointment, but there is no need for your receptionist to act upon it in rudely manner and kick people out as soon as they can. This individual (didn't get her name) was very very unpreciative and not accommodating to make a request I wanted to make. I asked her if they are taking a walk in and she bluntly says NO. I asked if I can set up an appointment, weather for a week in advance and even a month and she said NO. I asked her if I can come back on a specific time today to see if the ANY doctor can see me and she said NO we are so busy. Looking at the clinic, there was no one inside, but given the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was full of appointment which I get. This location is very convenience as it is very close to where I live and a friend of mine says that doctors are very peasant to all the time. How can I pass the receptionist and make appointment with the right doctor? This is not my first visit to this clinic and still receive the same service as I received on my last visit. I REALLY want this to be my family doctor as I heard from the great vine that Dr. Graham is one of the best. Please advise me on why she is acting like this or maybe tired of her job? I don't blame her for anything, but I'm pretty sure she can learn a simple manner of single HI and HELLO. The date today is August 16, 2017 Wednesday at 1:00pm. Please coach her to do her job properly as I'm sure that she is unaware. I still would like to visit this clinic in the near future. I was referred to Isabella by a common client. She recommended Craniosacral therapy for a life altering event that i experienced 1 year ago.
I went with no preconceived notions or ideas about CS therapy nor did i research the role of CS therapy in healing. I found the therapy powerful.The energy of every emotion that i was feeling was palpable and although painful,a necessary tool to heal from the past.
Isabelle’s passion to heal people in pain was palpable and evident in her work. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wishes to heal from the past. Just be ready to receive everything that she knows and don’t judge it.

Based on my experience, the clinic's service level was horrendous, and in my opinion, negligent. New patients and those needing basic walk-clinic service should go elsewhere.
A quick list of issues:
- over a dozen calls into the clinic went unanswered; they seldom answer the phone at reception
- several voicemails were left with reception with no call back
- 6 wks to receive my test results (I was told results would take up 5 business days by the lab), after repeatedly chasing/calling of the clinic
- there was no follow up to arrange a specialist appnt
- no response from staff/office manager/owner until I physically walked into the clinic to lodge a complaint in person and demanded the balance of my test results
*I see positive-skewing google reviews here from staff affiliated with clinic

I had an appointment here last week with Dr Melissa Lem and it was a very pleasant experience. I had first submitted a contact form online and didn't hear back (negative) but was able to book an appointment right away when I called in. I did have to wait apx 45 minutes in the waiting room after my scheduled appointment time but I guess that is to be expected with a doctors' office. But the appointment itself was great. Dr Lem was very personable and friendly. She was extremely knowledgeable and able to give me great recommendations and referrals. She was efficient but still gave me lots of time to ask questions and I never felt rushed. I also love that they have a team of practitioners in different fields so everything is under one roof. Will definitely be returning here!

Needed some lab work and had seen a doctor at their Point Grey clinic a while back. Was able to book for my lunch hour. In and out. Great service
