Good place to sit for a while. But its not clean and there's lot's of noise from the traffic.

Great little reserve just next to Santa Lucia park. Quiet with huge trees to keep you out of the sun. In the evening, there are street venders selling freshly cooked potato chips and empanadas on the corner. There will be guys there trying to put pieces of paper in your hand and asking for money - don't take the paper 🚫

This is a not big square, between the Santa Lucia hill and the National Library. It is a good meeting place with seats and trees
