Great location in the university district of Munich. The room was modern, spacious, and well appointed. Hotel staff quickly addressed our need for a second bed and were very courteous.

I have been to the hotel on three or four occasions as it is the one the company is putting me up when they get me to go to Munich. My experience has been rather varied, as rooms seem to differ extremely. Sometimes like a boutique hotel, next time like a slightly dated 1970s hunt. The annex at the rear seems to have all new rooms, this time I ended up in a spacious suite like room all for my own, very different from my last stay. Probably not one fur business travellers, maybe more appealing for tourists. Right in the heart of the Schwabing university district, near the museums. Great connections anywhere with various bus, tram and underground stops all in max 7 minute walking distance. Good breakfast buffet, included, free water on the room. Nothing to fault if you are in the right room.

The rooms are clean but very unique, I enjoyed it. the location is perfect.

Nice hotel, very individual designed rooms in different categories. Best location in the middle of the lively university district.
