Let me start off with a statement that I love steaks. I've eaten stakes in probably more than 50 countries around the world. Beef, bison, horse, goat, chicken, turkey, tuna, veggie steaks - I fancy all of them. Well, not the vegetarian ones. Not my style.

Now, that wasn't the worst steak in my life ever. But for $50 a pop I expect a certain level of meat qualify and service. There was none. The steak was chewy and underseasoned. The only thing was right is how they cooked it - perfect medium rare, which is rare for Russian restaurants (see, rare - rare!). The service ... well, they just forgot to take my order. When I reminded about my steak, the waiter got defensive and trying to blame me. Whaaat?!

Anyways, I'd place this steak somewhere between Panda Express and Outback Steakhouse, so my fellow Americans could understand what kind of experience they are getting into.

On the positive note - a glass of wine I had was great. Go for Georgian "Kindzmarauly" - you'll thank me later.
