One of several places in the city where you can eat breakfast at 9 am. Food is really good. English speaking waiters and menu in English

Tasty food, quick service, some waiters speak rather good English. Great for breakfast, lunch, dinner , snacking or just coffee with or without smth sweet. My fav is green tea with pear, it's sour and just terrific!
