Absolutely abysmal service. Despite delivery arrangements being made in person three times still have to ring up to be told medicatuon awaiting collection. Going to change to one who cares about their customers.

The staff have been slow to dispense prescriptions on every visit, but I kept going as it was next to the doctor's surgery, but enough is enough!

Good customer service, a friendly attitude and politeness cost nothing, so I don't understand why I received the exact opposite on a recent visit - the young lady serving could not have been more unhelpful is she had tried.

Never again!

I have never had a service as slow and unreliable as this. Staff are often rude and unsympathetic to how their poor service can have distressing consequences to people needing medication. This comment is aimed more at the senior staff whose short interactions with people are often unhelpful and delivered in a very uninterested and blunt manner.

I have experienced this personally, been told stories of similarly inadequances and had to witness other customers distress.
