I thought I had found a good dentist I could stay with for years. Sadly I was mistaken. A tooth I was concerned about with severe bone decay, was given mouthwash treatments and Antibacterial gel shots that were removed by the general dental cleaning I had immediately afterwards. Mentioning my concern, that this was not enough and that the gel had been removed via cleaning by the care person, I was told that she had "Avoided " it despite me feeling her clean it. Fast forward a couple of months later, the tooth became severely decayed and broke off the crown. Visiting the dentist again, he used the probe to indent so deeply into the decayed tooth, I acquired an infection a week later. This turned into an emergency removal by another dentist. When the tooth was pulled, you could see the cap glue had been pushed so far into the tooth hole made by the dentist, it had caused major issues and 2 weeks of healing post extraction.
The staff thinks it's amusing to laugh at you over your frustrations and concerns when paying your bill. The only thing they care about is your payment.

I was in need of some dental work due to consistent sensitivity around a crown. The staff was very helpful and the fillings were done quickly and painlessly. I'm very happy with the service and the result. The location is very convenient downtown under the Fort Bridge parking lot, walking distance from many downtown buildings.
