Went it with a throbing thumb and they put a super lose splint and no pain meds which because of the throbing I couldn't sleep

Runaway from this place.! Rude, incompetent, and cold blood staff and nurses. A nurse called Maria dragged and poked the needle around for five minutes IN my 14 mo old’s little arm but was never able to get his vein blood. While she’s doing all those, she told me he’s not hurting. EXCUSE ME?!!! Let me poke in your flesh and telling you that it is not hurting!!!! I don’t know if she had any children, but person like this should never be allowed to touch any child. It was heart broken to watch my dear howl like a hell every time she threaded the needle deeper. And they even deleted my comments. Like one of the previous comments said, you should never trust your dears in these hands( seems that they also delete that comment). I’ll never use this place and I’ll make sure none of my friends does.

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews! I was here with my two boys tonight and had no issues! The staff was lovely and so was the doctor. We seen doctor green and nurse brenna. It was pretty quick getting back into a room and the doctor was fast thorough and nice to me and my boys.

This place is a complete rip off. I took my son there was an exam due to him not feeling well. They literally took this temp, did a strep test and a visual exam. I paid a fee of $100 with insurance. The sign said that without insurance it would be $100. I then get a bill in the mail for an additional $100. At which they said my insurance didn't pay any of the remaining $100. So you are telling me if you have Health Insurance it is $200 to see the doctor but if you don't have insurance it is $100. Doesn't make any sense at all. NEVER WILL I TAKE MY CHILD HERE AGAIN to over pay for a exam.

professional doctors and staff. xrays available onsite. best place to take children when our pediatric doctors office is closed.
