Never have any information to give you, and the front desk staff is the worst. I don't see how they still have a job. I work as a PC and there is no way I would treat patients like that. They have a call center that never gives the location the information needed. So when you stop by and ask they can't do it because medical records is handle by another office and it can take 30 days for a STAT request. Very unprofessional, rude, lack of sympathy for pt that is in pain. They need to be shut down. Getting paid just to be rude to pt in need of care. No way to treat anyone. The whole front desk needs to be fired. Sadly they been there for years. And I know these reviews get read by someone so the whole Tampa family health center needs to be closed down. If our comments/reviews are the same and nothing is being done then that speaks for itself right there. Please do not come here. Go elsewhere. I'm ashamed of how a medical professional can act that way towards pt. If they had negative stars that's what they would get. Sorry excuse of a office

Came in a 7:45 am because I was told to show up at that time. My labs came back abnormal and the doctor needed to see me. They couldn't even find me in their system. Then they needed to enter my insurance information in again because they listed it. After waiting for over an hour, they asked me for my ID. They could've collected all this information when I walked in at 7:45 am. They were extremely rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to any family members or friends. I'm actually afraid that these people may not even be trained to do their jobs. I will never come back here.

This is the slowest and most disgusting location . The employees treat you horribly and most can barely understand English . So rude all the time . And the lady at the counter with glasses treats me HORRIBLY every time I come. I've been coming here for 3 years because it's the only location I can get to . Better off if this place would close
