Amazing food. Great service. The beef carpacio and, surprisingly, their burger are the best things in the restaurant. Come into the bar area 4-7 for great priced shortened menu and great drink specials.

Well, can't say much about the food ... I guess because I never got too order.
As soon as I came too bar was greeted and given a menue, Which was good so far . Until I was ready to order .
I waited almost 20 minutes for any of the bartenders to ask me what I want.
It seemed more imperative too worry about a full bus bin than to rather attend to a customers needs. it wasn't like the place was busy otherwise I would understand. That was my first and last time entering this place .
No real loss for me now I know not to waist my money on a place with bad service.

I've been to 3 Bríos, this was by far the worst service I received... They had better service at Olive Garden.

1. The server messed up our food order not once but TWICE. I was done with my cold food by the time they brought out my husbands meal.
2. Brought me the wrong drink, and then forgot to still bring me the drink afterward.
3. They had heavy rock music playing for some reason, and we asked if they could turn it down... they said no because it's just corporates policy.

When our food arrived and it was incorrect the server said "because your order was wrong, the manager is going to be the one bringing your food to you!" Manager shows up, just brings the food, no apology, no mention of the issue, they didn't comp our food, nothing... Just drops off the food like nothing happened. I don't care if the manager brings my food or the busboy brings my food, I just wanted my food made correctly. I don't know why they thought that it was such a "gesture" to have the manager go get our food...? Other restaurants after messing up 3x would have apologized and given a complimentary dessert or just comp the meal, or something small to demonstrate their commitment to their customers but nope, at Brio, they have THE MANAGER who doesn't even apologize drop off your food, that should make up for the unpleasant experience!

Not coming back to this Brio.

We were very pleasantly surprised with our Sunday brunch! How nice that on Sunday there are two options... Lunch or brunch. The lunch menu is nice, but the brunch menu was amazing. I was totally odd by the shrimp and grits. What an amazing dish. Our server was Manny and he was amazing. Overall... An over-the-top experience.

I'm reaching out today to draw attention to my family and I's recent experience at the Brio Tuscan Grille, Tampa, FL 2223 N. Westshore Blvd Suite B209 location. Last night we decided to stop into this specific restaurant location for dinner after my visit to Tampa for work. We were brought to a table in which Matt G. was our server during our visit. From the moment we first had our introduction to Matt the experience we had was fantastic! Matt was extremely pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable of the menu and specials along with different wine selections. Matt's presence and visits to our table were always appropriately timed and perfectly complimented the deliciously prepared meal. I work for one of the largest financial institutions in the world as a corporate education manager that leads and develops associate learning, building relationships, and client experience, so when I observe individuals that exude exemplary behaviors and traits that Matt showed us, I wish more were like him!

Also, one of the most important pieces to this experience was that the air conditioning unexpectedly stopped working during our visit which made the temperature in the restaurant higher than comfort level, but the calm, cool, and collective professionalism from Matt, partnered with the delectable meal, distracted my family from the temperature spike. The manager Susan also stopped by to apologize for the heat, and was just as much a comforting and enjoyable experience.

Overall, our visit was 5 stars even with the A/C unexpectedly going down. Matt G., his Manager Susan, and the chefs that prepared our meal kept our experience top tier and COOL during our first visit to Brio Tuscan Grille!
