Only went in for 2 slices of cheesecake. As always, there was an issue with the register. So as I'm standing in line to order, I see one of the servers behind the counter was eating fries with the same gloves she was serving people with. I had to say something to the manager. Come to find out she had already made my order. The manager PROMPTLY had it remade by another employee as he took her to the back to speak with her. I don't care that she wanted to eat, but don't do it around other people's food and certainly not with the same gloves. I can't say I've ever been to this location where there hasn't been an issue. Why do I keep going? Because after treatment at Moffitt Cancer Center, right down the street, I like to have a treat. The next closest one is Brandon.

Good food and good service. We all enjoyed our meals and our after lunch desert. The choices of cheesecake are so many, it's hard to choose. Will definitely be going back to try some more flavors.

Went for Saturday lunch. Food was pretty good. Waited like 30 minutes for a table. Service was awful. Waiter left us for like 20 minutes with menus. Total time from seated to first dish was 65 minutes and appetizer was forgotten. Drunk table of veterans (nothing against vets... public drunkenness happens, and it was Veterans Day, so if anything they were entitled) sat down yelling and were still served cocktails and pitchers of beer and sangria. This situation degraded into a couple ladies screaming "F you!" At each other. Which finally prompted management to step in and stop the yelling, but slightly less vulgar yelling had been going on for like an hour. Those people were over served alcohol for the family restaurant context, and someone should have pointed them toward a rowdier bar away from my 3 year old much sooner. Bar Louie? Overall, I got a pretty solid breakfast burrito, no appetizer, and heard a lot of yelling over the course of my 3 hour visit. Cheesecake was good. 9 bucks a slice.

I can't exactly pinpoint what seems to be off. The service and food here is great, especially the small plates, appetizers, and of course, the deserts. Meals are decent as well. But over the years, the place has started to feel old, and not in the good way. The furniture generally has a soft sticky feeling to it, as if the furniture has been exposed to cleaning chemicals over a very long period of time. I don't mean to say this place is unclean, but definitely in dire need of a refresh. Other than that, great place.

Great size portions for food and drinks. Service is always great even if you sit at the bar. Sometimes the wait time can be long on the weekends. I recommend to go with a small plate if not too hungry because the entrees are huge! Overall great place to dine and perfect location right in the International Mall
